Return requests must be made within 14 days of placing your order. We only accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at info@foxtailbeauty.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll gladly assist you.
